Morgan Llywelyn: The Isles of the Blest
The Isles of the Blest is a great quick introduction to one of my favorite authors, Morgan Llywelyn. But be warned, after the short time it takes you to read this 167 page book, you'll be hooked and heading for the «L» section of every book store you enter.
The Isles of the Blest is the story of Connla, son of Conn, the pride of ancient Erin. Connla is taken away, willingly, by a fairy woman to the land of the fey, the Isles of the Blest, where there is no pain, no death. Paradise, but at a price.
